Free Standard delivery on all orders over £50

Delivery and Returns

Delivery is FREE on all orders over £50, and we only charge £2.99 for our standard delivery within the U.K mainland.

We have NO minimum order value.

We use the best UK Parcel Courier with a 99.6% delivery success (DPD Local), we now offer a FREE service call Predict, by advising a mobile telephone number with your order you will receive.

  1. Confirmation of shipment
  2. 1 hour predicted delivery slot, give you the exact hour your parcel will be delivered (advised early on the delivery day)
  3. Delivery confirmation

By using this service you can take control of the parcel.

  1. Change the delivery day
  2. Advise to leave in a safe place (You take full responsibility for the safety of the parcel and goods)
  3. Arrange to collect from your local depot

Place your order before 2.30pm Monday to Friday and we will pick and despatch the order the very same day, subject to stock availability*

Tracking Your Order - For guaranteed next day deliveries, you will be able to track your own order. We can also provide proof of delivery signatures on request.

*Orders placed on Friday before 2.30pm will be delivered on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays). Items are not despatched on weekends.

Returns

Should you wish to return any of the items you have purchased from us then you will need to adhere to the following procedure;

  1. Please email sales@ledfirstchoice.co.uk stating the reason for the return of the goods.
  2. Once the email has been received a member of our team will then send you a returns form which will need to be completed and sent with the returned items.
  3. Enclosed in the email will be a returns note number along with our returns address. These will need to be shown clearly on the package.

 PLEASE NOTE: our returns address is different to our registered company address.

  1. All goods have to be returned in a re-salable condition including the original boxes and packaging.
  2. The delivery of all items that are returned to us will be at your cost.
  3. Once we have received the goods all items will undergo testing to determine the resale of the goods.
  4.  If we are 100% happy with the condition of the returned items and they pass all testing, we will refund the amount minus the original £2.99 delivery charge and a 10% handling charge will occur.

If you change your mind about the item you have just paid for and the goods have not yet been dispatched from our warehouse you can get 100% of the item price refunded straight away. However if your items have already been dispatched from our warehouse you will need to adhere to the returns instructions above.

If your goods are returned to us after 30 Days then we will not be able to process the return of the goods unless the items are faulty.
