Returns Information
We understand that not every order is going to go as you planned, this is why we have a 30 day returns policy in place for you to send your item back to us if you have changed your mind or just didn’t like it. You have 30 days from receipt of order to send your order back to us for a refund. You will be liable for the return postage costs and a 10% handling charge will be applied to the refund for checking and restocking the item. If the item is returned back to us damaged then we will take the charges for repair off the refund.
The returning item will need to be returned as new, undamaged and in it’s original packaging along with all the components which came with the order including the manual if applicable.
In the unusual instance that an item develops a fault within 14 days of receipt please let us know asap by sending an email to enquiries@ledfirstchoice.co.uk explaining the issue you are experiencing as there may be a quick fix for the issue. If the fault persists and is under the manufacturer’s warranty period then you will either need to contact the manufacturer directly using the warranty certificate which will have been provided to you by the manufacturer or contact us using the above email address and we will explain the process set out by the manufacturer of your product.
