We offer FREE standard delivery on orders over £50. All orders are shipped via one of our Premium Next Working Day or Standard 48 Hour delivery services.* Orders placed before 2:30pm Monday-Friday will be despatched the very same day, subject to stock availability.
Next Day Delivery orders placed before 2:30pm on Friday will be delivered on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays). Items are not despatched on weekends.
*Some items are shipped straight from manufacturer. These are sent via a Next Day Delivery service, usually APC Overnight.
We understand that getting your items delivered safety and on time is paramount whilst also staying cost effective. This is why we have selected the best services available.
Royal Mail 48 Tracked- £2.99
This service provided by Royal Mail is a fully tracked service from the time it is despatched by us to the time it turns up to your door. This service includes an SMS or Email notification prior to delivery to ensure you are in for collection.
DPD Next Working Day 1hr timeslot- £8.33*
Our premium DPD service gives you a 1-hour time slot; you’ll also be able to track your parcel from the time your item is despatched till 15 minutes before arrival.

Returns Policy
We offer a 30-day, no-quibble returns or replacement policy. If you are unhappy in any way with your purchase, you can return it for a refund or replacement, as long as you return it in the same condition as it arrived (original/ undamaged packaging and product) within 30 days of receiving it. We will pay for your return postage should your item be faulty as long as you send it using Royal Mail 2nd class recorded delivery and within the 30-days of receiving it.
Warranty
